Formerly a Vice President with Citibank N.A., Mr. Chen was instrumental in forming a strong and versatile Emerging Markets Foreign Exchange Unit during his 22 years at Citibank. While there, he held various management positions and was the creator of several industry firsts. Mr. Chen has also been a licensed practicing realtor in North Carolina and New York States. Gene W. Shen Chief Operating Officer, Orion Group Management, LLC. Mr. Shen is in charge of the daily operations of the Orion Fund and constantly engaged in forming the fund’s investment strategies and business development strategies. He is also responsible for developing a state of the art IT infrastructure for the fund, which will become a first in the TLC industry. Mr. Shen has worked at government research, business consulting, and financial analysis areas for 14 years. Leslie Zengler Chief Investment Officer, Orion Group Management, LLC. Ms. Zengler is the Chief Investment Officer at Orion Group Management, LLC. She is involved with identifying and implementing investment strategies including TLCs and real estate acquisition for the Orion Fund. Ms. Zengler is responsible for researching, buying, maintaining, repairing, marketing and selling real estate for the Fund. Ms. Zengler has worked for over 16 years in the technology services industry. Before joining OGM, she worked at the IT department of Inland Steel for nine years, in various positions including business analyst for the Sales & Corporate offices and Supervisor of Accounting & Financial Systems. Richard L. Martin Partner Emeritus, Former Director of Operations, Orion Group Management, LLC. Now retired from OGM LLC, Mr. Martin, as Partner Emeritus, acts as operation advisor to the fund. Prior to joining Orion Group Management, LLC, Mr. Martin was a sales, operations and marketing consultant. He founded Spectrum Consulting, a management consulting firm assisting start-up businesses with organizational design, development and growth strategies. Mr. Martin has over 10 years of experience in equipment, material and personnel management, which started during 10 years of military service in the U.S. Army serving in the 82nd Airborne Division and the 7th Special Forces Group.
