Leslie Zengler
Leslie Zengler is the Chief Investment Officer at Orion Group Management, LLC. She is involved with identifying and implementing investment strategies including TLCs and real estate acquisition for the Orion Fund. Ms. Zengler is responsible for researching, buying, maintaining, repairing, marketing and selling real estate for the Fund.
Ms. Zengler has worked for over 16 years in the technology services industry. Before joining OGM, she worked at the IT department of Inland Steel for nine years, in various positions including business analyst for the Sales & Corporate offices and Supervisor of Accounting & Financial Systems. She then moved into the consulting business and was Midwest Regional Director of the Legal Services Division for two different Washington DC based technology companies, TechLaw Automation Partners and SRA International, Inc. She was responsible for the overall business management of the largest and most profitable office at TechLaw Automation Partners. At SRA International, Inc. she opened their Midwest Region and was later promoted to Director of National Project Operations and was responsible for the operations and project execution of a $20 million division with offices in Washington DC, New York, and Chicago.
In 2001, Ms. Zengler began buying and rehabbing single family houses and multi-unit buildings. She is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Indiana. Ms. Zengler graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology.
