Orion Partners, LP invests its assets primarily in the potentially lucrative real estate tax lien/tax deed ("TLC") market, providing a potentially high yield medium-term return that is not subject to volatile stock market fluctuations. TLCs may also be known as:

• Certificates of Sale
• Certificates of Purchase
• Redeemable Tax Deeds

All of them share the same principle of an investment in a real estate tax delinquent situation in which the TLC is redeemable only with the homeowner paying high statutory penalties/interest in addition to the principal, collateralized by real estate properties valued significantly higher than the investment. This, we believe, reduces the risk for the investor while increasing the investor’s return on his or her investment.
